Vlog 251 – Sickly dependency

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae, and today I want to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “Sickly dependency”.

My friend, to depend on what others think, on what they will say and think… that’s almost a disease. It’s not good to depend on the opinions of others, abou doing or stop doing, as dictated by the fashion imposed by one or more people.

There’s no accounting for taste, and the same happens with personal and social opinions. God has created us all, unique, different and free, giving each of us a conscience so that, by educating it, we can analyze and discern for ourselves. You have life, and you and not others, will be the one who will take responsibility for it, for your life, for how you have lived it, taking advantage of it, or wasting it.

I want two things to be clear to you.
First thing: not everyone has the same opinion as you, so if you get frustrated because you want to make everyone happy, forget it, you are fooling yourself.

Second thing: what you can and should do is to be happy: serving, loving and obeying God, by complying with His laws, written by His own finger, on the tables of Moses.

My friend, stop depending on others, be free and don’t limit yourself.
