Vlog 266 – Holy Mass My friend, as in the Catechism of the Catholic Church says, and is very well explained, the third Commandment of the Law of God, commands: “Remember to keep holy the Lord’s Day”, and the first Precept of the Holy Mother Church, is: “You shall attend Mass on Sundays and holy days of obligation”. My friend, do you go to Mass on the days you must go? Do you participate in it? Do you receive Communion? All these questions follow the next ones… Do you know what Holy Mass is? Do you know what happens at Holy Mass? At each Mass this happens: Jesus, true God and true Man, unbloody, renews his sacrifice on the Cross. In other words, at each Mass, Jesus, God himself, gives himself to the Father, to God the Father, as a sacrifice of salvation for you, for me, for everyone!, Just as He did for the first time almost two thousand years ago. Yes, my friend, over and over again, Jesus repeats, makes the same sacrifice, but unbloody. The most wonderful thing, apart from this incredible sacrifice of love, is that if you are clean from all mortal sin, and you fulfill the requirements that the Church commands, you can receive Communion, that is, you can eat the Body of Christ and drink the Blood of Christ, God Himself, Who, for about 15 minutes, is physically and spiritually within you, within you!, loving you, and filling you with his graces. My friend, knowing this, from now on… will you go to Mass to participate in the most perfect Sacrifice, the Sacrifice of sacrifices? Say yes, my friend, do it and fill yourself with God’s love. Go to the Holy Mass, participate in it and receive Communion!, so that Jesus, God, may make you holy, as God is Holy. Go to Mass and be happy! My friend, thank you. And always go ahead with faith.
