Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae, and I want to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “Walk”.

Walk, my friend, walk; I don’t say that you run, but you walk, and enjoy the life, and if it’s necessary, stop from time to time, don’t walk all the time; if you are interested in something with which you come across, stop, enjoy it, because this moment will not return.

To walk is pleasant, Jesus used to walk when He was going from one side to another, He walked, He stopped, spoke and He was walking again.

That to walk, for you, be a social act, that your walk doesn’t be as a gym or a sport, but that walk, walk, be for you an opportunity to enjoy of life, of people, of everything that you find in your path.

There are so many things to see and observe in life!, and they are in your day to day, so many things, so many people, that if you stop to observe them, you will choose different moments each day for you.

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae, and I want to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “Smile”.

My friend, smile.

—Why I have to smile?, if I’m not for smiles.

Smile, because the smile is expression of joy, and I want you to be happy; you deserve to be happy, it is worth being happy, smile.

Start now to practice smiles; If you’re a girl, a sweet smile, this likes immediately; also the spontaneous smile likes; and if you’re a guy, a sincere and cordial smile, it will open the doors and windows of your soul.

—Well, now you come out saying that the soul has doors and windows?

The soul, I would say that it’s a force, a energy, is the life; and you have to open doors and windows of the soul to scatter that strength, that energy, that potential of the soul, which in, addition must be happy, happy, happy to live, to exist, to be.

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae. And today I’m going to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “In search of happiness”.

What a joy! You are in my same line; I am also looking for happiness. I’m not always happy, but yes I always want to make God happy, because happiness is offer to God the Father, this Father who created us, our thoughts, words and deeds; those thoughts, words and deeds that we know that make Him happy.

And what wants a good Dad for their good children? He wants that we behave well, He wants that we do good; He wants that His Law, God’s Law, lives in our hearts, in our minds and in our deeds of love for Him.

He always values and thanks, He thanks us all the good, all the goodness we do, day by day, moment by moment. There is nobody more grateful that God. And yes, there is a God who punishes, but there is a Daddy God covering us with His blessings, when we, looking for His happiness, we find the ours.

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae. And today I’m going to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “Get away from those who do you wrong”.

It’s very difficult, almost impossible, to be good, do good, when someone makes you evil and insists in doing you bad things, in giving you the bad; and what is evil and bad? The evil and the bad thing is everything that goes against the Law of God, His Ten Commandments:

1- I, the Lord, am your God. You shall not have other gods besides me.

2- You shall not take the name of the Lord God in vain

3- Remember to keep holy the Lord’s Day

4- Honor your father and your mother

5- You shall not kill

6- You shall not commit adultery

7- You shall not steal

8- You shall not bear false witness

9- You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife

10- You shall not covet your neighbor’s goods

Everything that is done, said, or thought, and goes against the Ten Commandments of the Law of God, is bad and does evil.

Everyone who obeys, strives, fight, and puts his willpower to abide by the Ten Commandments, and does it; this one, makes good and the good thing.

So simple and clear is the good and the evil.

I beg you to meditate it in your heart, that you go one by one to the Commandments, and make the mental exercise to think, meditate, what evil can make you or make others, comply with the Law of God. I can tell you, and you can tell me after this exercise:

“Obey the Ten Commandments is good, it does good”.

I tell you, and I say to you truly; that you, you, you can forgive.

—No, I can’t forgive, I can’t see this person again; It hurts me what he did to me, I already don’t trust he, although he says that he has changed, but… he made me much harm. No, no, I can’t forgive; no, I can’t forgive.

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae. And today I’m going to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “Help others!”

So many suffer, for one reason or other, and they need your help. How can you help them? I tell you, I’ll say you it: giving them peace with your way of speaking, understanding that all the good persons are sinners; the bad persons too. What happens is that the bad persons are corrupt; they don’t mind sin and they want to continue sinning. On the other hand, everyone else, the sinners, they suffer, suffer because of their mistakes or because of the errors of others; these misfortunes that life, that nature returns to the evil for evil. Help them it’s don’t hurt anyone. Is to understand that we all are sinners and fight with all our strength and willpower for give always the good, whatever the cost; because only the good is what God wants from each of us.

—And the good can be done?

Of course the good can be done. The natural of the person, this nature with which God created us, it’s ready to do the good; it wants to do the good, it groans of suffering when doesn’t do the good; therefore so many suffer, because they don’t do the good.

You and I, my friend, let’s do the good and we won’t suffer as much as those who have suffered for give the bad and know they have misbehaved. You and me, behave well. Why? Because we can. I have it verified. Please, verify it yourself and you’ll see, and you will feel joy in your inner self.

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae. And today I’m going to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled: “God loves you!”

How do I know that God loves you? How can I affirm that God loves you? Because if I already feel great affection for you, how God isn’t going to love you? I am convinced that God loves you, I’m sure God loves you!

—”How can you be sure of this?”

I have already said it to you, because I love you so much, whoever you are, without mattering what you’ve done. I think I love you because you’re a person like me, with defects and virtues, and I know that by receiving the sacraments, by God, with the help of God, you, like me, we can be better. This is life; strive to be better, for give the best of ourselves to somebody. And why can we do this? Because God loves you, God loves us with true love. Truly, believe it my friend because I’m not misleading you, there are evidences in the history and in the Holy Bible of the big love with which God loves, loves you!, loves us!

Vlog 4 – Shhh!

Hello my friend, I’m Victoria Bellido Durán, member of the Musical Group Flos Mariae. And today I’m going to give you my opinion about the subject that I entitled “Shhh!”

¡Shhhhhhhh!… You don’t have to say everything you think, but you have to think about everything you say.

There are those who just want to be the center of attention, and those who only expect others to bear him in mind; and so they talk and talk about everything and anything they think, even though it be the first nonsense that passes them through the head.

It isn’t good to talking for talking’s sake; it’s preferable to respect the silence and meditate.

Many mistakes are made precisely for this, because we talk a lot, and we think little, or even nothing.

Everyone needs their own space, but never more the physical than the spiritual. Many are satisfied with having a corner and material objects for themselves, however, they aren’t worry about find themselves; their head is too busy in television, songs or music, social networks, consume and spend.

Many are worried for fulfill themselves in terms of work and socially, and aren’t even able to spend a few minutes a day to themselves; here I don’t refer hobbies, but the integrity of one’s own. Some, not even think about what they really like or what they want in life; and like ping pong balls, they are carried along by the fashion, as the large majority of people. That is, that not even live their lives. If it’s fashionable travel to x place, they travel to x place, although they not even like to travel; in order to people around them, don’t look them as if they were “weirdos”.

The most important thing is not what others think, after all, absolutely all the people are never reaching an agreement; you cannot have pleased everyone. So the most important thing is oneself. Everyone should bear that in mind, and very clear.

And how can you know what you truly cares, or what takes precedence in your life, if you doesn’t think or meditate?

Give you time, this time that you deserve and need to grow and mature as a person. It isn’t a matter of locking yourself in the room for an hour and force you to think. Any minute of the day is good to think… and often it’s thought after listening to a conversation, or having seen or done something.

You must think everything you say and don’t say all what you think. You must obey your will, and fulfill yourself entirely as a person. And you’ll see how doing it, you’re happier.
